We are just as responsible of what we choose to bring into our lives and what we choose to give to others. I've learned this recently with various relationships that I would love to renew and mend but I don't know if there will be open, honest connection in order for that to happen.
I am thankful today for my perseverance and strength through struggle and that in the end I can be proud of myself and my integrity.
After watching this video, it ignited something that's been on the back burner for awhile. This world is crumbling under unsustainable lifestyles and governmental decisions for allocation of money. I want to continue to think on this and a have a deeper vision of a new world.
Today was the day that has caused so much appreciation. I was in the presence of two people that I admire the most in my life, Paul and Stephanie. I enjoyed every single minute of being nourished.
I brought up the question of how do I appreciate the food, the nourishing matter, that I am about to partake? A response came of living a life of appreciation, I enjoyed that.
I wanted to write this small interpretation that came to my mind before I sat down to eat tonight:

The elements that compose my bodyI thought that it was very close to what I've been trying to think of for well over a month now of how to give thanks to our food, our land.
are sustained by my choices each day
May I continuously choose a nourishing path
to live in constant celebration of life
Here are three songs within their music videos that have been so inspiring to me lately:
will.i.am: It's a New Day
Gavin Rossdale: Love Remains the Same
Sheryl Crow: Out of Our Heads

We are all planted in a time and in a place. Revere the sacredness of your time in your particular garden.
- Ted O'Neal, Garden Therapy
In my garden there is peace and serenity. Not pain and negativity.
In my garden there is wholeness and health. Not suffering and lifelessness.
In my garden there is unity and equality. Not partiality and fragmentation.
I know that I've been planted in this particular thread of time for a reason. A manifestation of that timeliness is about to blossom, I can feel it.
Though a ribbon cutting ceremony would capture the sense of pride I feel right now, it is not possible in the virtual world. An alternative is to dedicate this blog to:

- opportunity
- empowerment
- vision
- no limits
No longer will I deny myself. The future is the power of possibilities!
